I encountered this recipe on Pinterest and decided that I had to make it for breakfast.
These coffee cake muffins are dense, like a doughnut. Mmmm….perfect with bacon and coffee.
I made the “mistake” of adding some vanilla to the batter. They were really sweet. Next time, there will be no crazy last minute additions. This recipe is sweet enough as it is.
